\\*Confessions of an Acrophobic*//

My incident of started like this.....Before this incident happened,I was not still so afraid of insects.But,after this incident happen,each time I saw any insects like cockroach,beetle,spider and grasshopper.I will be so afraid till my legs wobble like a jelly.

It happened during one of my worst nightmares.....It what happened during recess in my dream,my friends and i ran towards the canteen as fast as we could as all of us were very hungry after the P.E lesson.Each of us ordered our favourite food.After i bought my favourite food,I went the usual seats where my friends and I love to sit.When i was eating my favourite halfway,I felt that I had chewed till something which taste very horrible and very smelly when i spilled it out,to my astonishment,it was actually a cockroach and grasshopper.Without hesitation,I ran towards the toilet as fast as I could and rinsed my mouth with full of water.Even though i rinsed my mouth,there is still a horrible smell in my mouth!Soon after this,I fell on the ground,when i opened my eyes,I realise that it was actually a nightmare...

But,since that day onwards,each time when i buy some food ,i will check if there is something in it.
